Cancellation Policy
If in any case the participant is unable to attend the conference, a full refund is available if the participant submits a written notification to School for Wellbeing Studies and Research at info@schoolforwellbeing.org at least three weeks before the start date of the conference. Otherwise, 50% of the fee will be returned for cancellation notification less than three weeks from the conference start date. In both situations, a suitably qualified substitute may attend the course at no extra charge if the original participant chooses to waive the refund.
